FraudChecker.link – Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FraudChecker.link (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
FraudChecker.link is an information-based IT service that displays fraud-related indicators for phone numbers, links, and online activity.
FraudChecker.link does not create, calculate, verify, or assign any fraud score. All courier-related information shown on the platform is directly retrieved in real time from third-party courier service API servers, including but not limited to Steadfast, RedX, Pathao, Carrybee, and Paperfly.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. Data Source and Accuracy
FraudChecker.link does not store, alter, or control courier data. We only transmit and display responses received from courier service providers.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party data. Any errors, delays, or disputes in the data are the sole responsibility of the respective courier service.
4. No Legal or Professional Advice
Information provided through the Service is for general reference only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Users must independently verify information before relying on it for any decision.
5. User Obligations
You agree that you will:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not submit false, misleading, or abusive requests
- Not attempt to interfere with, misuse, or reverse engineer the Service
- Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Limitation of Liability
FraudChecker.link shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or legal issue arising from the use of third-party courier data, phone number history, or displayed indicators.
Any legal claims related to courier data must be directed to the respective courier service provider.
7. Privacy
We do not permanently store phone numbers or courier score data. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
8. Google Policy Compliance
Users must comply with applicable Google integrity and content policies. Fake reviews, misleading content, unauthorized data sharing, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FraudChecker.link – সেবার শর্তাবলী (Terms of Service)
১. শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি
FraudChecker.link ওয়েবসাইট বা এর সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই সেবার শর্তাবলী, Privacy Policy এবং বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য সকল আইন মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এসব শর্তে সম্মত না হন, তাহলে সেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. সেবার প্রকৃতি
FraudChecker.link একটি তথ্যভিত্তিক আইটি সেবা যা ফোন নম্বর, লিংক এবং অনলাইন কার্যক্রম সংক্রান্ত সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকির তথ্য প্রদর্শন করে।
FraudChecker.link নিজে কোনো ফ্রড স্কোর তৈরি, নির্ধারণ বা যাচাই করে না। সকল কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সরাসরি তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার সেবাদাতা প্রতিষ্ঠানের API সার্ভার থেকে রিয়েল-টাইমে সংগ্রহ করা হয়, যেমন: Steadfast, RedX, Pathao, Carrybee এবং Paperfly।
সেবাটি "যেমন আছে তেমন" (as-is) ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়।
৩. ডেটা উৎস ও নির্ভুলতা
FraudChecker.link কুরিয়ার ডেটা সংরক্ষণ, পরিবর্তন বা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না। আমরা শুধুমাত্র কুরিয়ার সেবাদাতাদের প্রদত্ত তথ্য প্রদর্শন করি।
ডেটার সঠিকতা, সম্পূর্ণতা বা হালনাগাদ অবস্থার জন্য FraudChecker.link কোনো নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না। এ সংক্রান্ত সকল দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট কুরিয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠানের।
৪. আইনগত বা পেশাগত পরামর্শ নয়
এই সেবার মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত তথ্য কোনো আইনগত, আর্থিক বা পেশাগত পরামর্শ নয়। ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজ দায়িত্বে তথ্য যাচাই করে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে।
৫. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি:
- কেবল বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে সেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন
- মিথ্যা, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা অপব্যবহারমূলক অনুরোধ করবেন না
- সেবার কার্যক্রমে হস্তক্ষেপ বা অপব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করবেন না
- বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলবেন
শর্ত ভঙ্গের ক্ষেত্রে আপনার সেবার প্রবেশাধিকার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
৬. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
FraudChecker.link কোনো ফোন নম্বর, কুরিয়ার স্কোর বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডেটা ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি বা আইনি জটিলতার জন্য দায়ী নয়।
এ ধরনের যেকোনো আইনি দাবি সংশ্লিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সেবাদাতার বিরুদ্ধে উত্থাপন করতে হবে।
৭. গোপনীয়তা
আমরা ফোন নম্বর বা কুরিয়ার স্কোরের তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে সংরক্ষণ করি না। ডেটা ব্যবহারের নিয়ম আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়, যা এই শর্তাবলীর অংশ।
৮. গুগল নীতি অনুসরণ
ব্যবহারকারীদের অবশ্যই গুগলের প্রযোজ্য কনটেন্ট ও আচরণ নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে হবে। ভুয়া রিভিউ, বিভ্রান্তিকর কনটেন্ট, অনুমতি ছাড়া ডেটা শেয়ার এবং যেকোনো জালিয়াতি সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৯. সেবা বাতিল
শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন বা আইনি প্রয়োজনে FraudChecker.link যেকোনো সময় সেবায় প্রবেশাধিকার স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
১০. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
FraudChecker.link যেকোনো সময় এই সেবার শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। পরিবর্তনের পর সেবা ব্যবহার করা মানে নতুন শর্তে সম্মতি প্রদান।
১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই সেবার শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
